How long will it take to get my order? Processing make take up to 3 days clothing will be be sent 2-3 day priority shipping.
What kind of dyes do you use? Low impact, fiber reactive ECO dyes.
Where do you get your fabric? We use only the highest quality blends of hemp, organic cotton and bamboo sourced from reputable suppliers.
How do I care for my Sinew Moon garments? You will receive a care card with each order. On the reverse side you will find artwork from very talented humans. But...just in case you misplaced it: you MAY machine wash and dry your garments but, like all clothing, you will prolong the life of your items by hand washing and hanging to dry. NEVER DRY COTTON POINTELLE as it will shrink.
Do you offer repairs/alterations? Yes! We offer repairs AND alterations...we have a flat rate fee and you are responsible for shipping both ways. Please contact for more details.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges? Yes! Please see our policies page.
Do you offer customs/ custom sizing? NO custom sizing. If custom positions become available it will be made known publicly.
Do you offer wholesale? Yes! Please see our wholesale page.
What if my item gets lost in the mail? There is $50 insurance on each package. If you are concerned about your package being lost please contact us PRIOR to placing your order for additional insurance.
Can I change my shipping address? Yes, please reach out and we will make the changes to your order in our system.
Will I receive a shipping notification? Yes, upon shipping you will receive a notification and tracking. For international orders we can only track in the U.S.
Can I cancel my order? Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing order to cancel.
